King Władysław Jagiełło grants the metropolitan cathedral church in Lviv and its chapter forty łans of land and forests located between Skniłów, Obroszyn, and Hodowica. The document grants the beneficiaries full rights to clear the land, settle inhabitants, and perpetually derive benefits from the granted area.

Commissioners Jan of Wysokie and Stanisław Szychra of Sroki certify the legal and actual introduction of the Lviv canons into the possession of a wasteland comprising twenty hides, located between royal and ecclesiastical villages: Skniłów, Obroszyn, Stawczany, Hodowica, and Sokolniki. The actions were performed by virtue of a mandate from King Casimir Jagiellon and an order from the Voivode and Starosta of Ruthenia, Andrzej Odrowąż of Sprowa.

Lviv Archbishop Piotr Starzechowski transfers a sum with an annual rent secured on the Stołpin estate to the needs of the Lviv Cathedral fabric, orders estate managers to take an oath to secure assets sede vacante, and grants canons and vicars the right to fell timber in Obroszyn.

Lviv Archbishop Wacław Hieronim Sierakowski maintains the right of canons to choose chapter estates, while ordering that one-third of the income—and half of the income from the Uniatycze, Pikulowice, and Żydatycze estates—be contributed to the common chapter fund. At the same time, he exempts poorer benefices from this obligation and grants the chapter a remission of all accumulated arrears.

Lviv Archbishop Wacław Hieronim Sierakowski separates the prelacies from the canonries in the metropolitan chapter, and to provide for the newly created prelates and canons as well as to increase daily distributions, he incorporates the village of Czarnuszowice and the reeveships in Kąkolniki and Stawczany into the chapter's estates.
