Confirmation by the Lviv Land Court of the redemption and intromission of the Lviv Chapter into the village of Czerkasy
The Lviv land judge and sub-judge certify an entry from the castle court books of 1510 regarding the redemption of rights to the royal village of Czerkasy by the Lviv Metropolitan Chapter from Dmytro and Onyszko for the sum of 200 grzywnas. The act also confirms the renunciation of claims by the previous holders and the legal intromission of the Chapter into the possession of these goods performed by a court bailiff.

Mikołaj Gołąbek of Zimna Woda, land judge, and Daniel Wołwanowski, land sub-judge of Lviv. We announce by the tenor of this letter to all whom it may concern, how before the nobly born, formerly lords Jan of Dawidów, judge, and Mikołaj Węgleński, sub-judge, and in the land acts of Lviv of the same, an entry was made from the Lviv castle book under the action and year written below in this manner:
Having appeared personally, the noble Dmytro and Onyszko before the castle court, being sound in mind and body and upon the salutary advice of their friends, voluntarily testified that they accepted and with the desired effect received the sum which they held on the royal goods in the village of Czerkasy, that is two hundred grzywnas of common currency, counting forty-eight groszy for each grzywna, with the consent of the Royal Majesty, situated in the Lviv land and the Szczerzec district, from the Venerable Chapter of the Lviv Metropolitan Church, as the rights of both parties extensively state; and the said Onyszko and Dmytro and their legal successors are bound to maintain eternal silence regarding the aforementioned goods of the village of Czerkasy. And they gave the said Venerable Chapter actual and effective introduction by the sworn bailiff Stanisław, of the Lviv land, into the Czerkasy goods, as wide, long, and around the perimeter as it has long been demarcated and marked, together with the pond and all and individual benefits belonging to the said goods, as they themselves held and possessed, keeping nothing at all for themselves or their successors. For which a memorial was placed, which the court accepted.
Also the testimony of the bailiff: Having appeared personally, Stanisław, sworn bailiff of Lviv, testified before the castle court that he was legally assigned to the Venerable Lviv Chapter, that he gave introduction into the Czerkasy goods to the Venerable Chapter of the Lviv Metropolitan Church and there, during this introduction, no one opposed him. For which a memorial was placed, which the court accepted.
This was done in Lviv on the nearest Friday after the octave of Corpus Christi in the year of our Lord one thousand five hundred and ten, in the presence of the nobly born and noble: Andrzej Herburt, wojski of Sambir, Jan Jacymirski, Rafał of Sieniawa, standard-bearer of Halych, Piotr Gołdacz, Iwanko Łahodowski, Mikołaj Klus, Mikołaj Łanka, chamberlain, and many other credible witnesses.
In faith and testimony of all which, our seals have been appended hereto.
Given in Lviv at the session of land acts on the nearest Thursday after the feast of the Holy Apostles Simon and Jude in the year of our Lord one thousand five hundred and thirty-eight, in the presence of the nobly born and noble there: Paweł Tarło of Szczekarzowice, wojski of Stryi, Stanisław Hałka, Jan Borecki, Zachariasz Mikołajewski, Andrzej Stupkowski, Andrzej Wysocki, Piotr Ożóg, Jerzy Czernikowski, Jan Leciechowski, Mikołaj Brzostowski, and many other credible witnesses.
