Konstanty, by the grace of God, Prince of Ostrog, Voivode of Kiev, Marshal of the Volhynian Land, Starosta of Włodzimierz, etc.
We make known by this our grace to everyone who should know of this, and what should be known... [that] we have granted the soltys-ship in Mała Tuchla to Jaćko, son of Hołowczyc, and a free soltys-hide with everything, the field, the tołoka [corvée labor], and with all that, with everything it is to be around... with labor also nowhere... and also we gave... at the same time to build a church to Iwan, son-in-law of Wasyl Hołowczyc, with other neighbors... and the boundaries of this grant are to be... for which also our letter [for] the soltys-ship... was sent... these services, they are to have and to this equally free... to serve in the soltys-ship... to bear, with others to perform duties, according to the custom of service... what in their villages... and was to be such... Written in Dubno in the year from the Nativity of the Son of God one thousand five hundred and ninety-second, the 6th day of the month of June. [...].

Reading notes
Parchment document with a seal suspended on a cord. In the bottom right corner, there is a later confirmation/signature of Władysław Dominik Zasławski-Ostrogski (d. 1656), who refers to his grandfather, the Castellan of Kraków, Janusz Ostrogski. The catalog card provides a double date (June 6 / May 27, 1592, the difference between the new and old style).
