Decree of the Apostolic Auditor Krzysztof Widman in the dispute between the Lviv Chapter and the Dominicans

Krzysztof Widman, Apostolic Protonotary, Referendary of Both Signatures of the Apostolic See, as well as Auditor General of the Apostolic Palace and ordinary judge of the Roman Curia [...], sole judge and, together with me, executor specially chosen and appointed by the same Most Holy Apostolic See, to all and singular who shall see, read, and hear this public [...] decree, greetings in the Lord. Know that on the day mentioned below, at the request of the Venerable Lviv Chapter [...], Angelinus, cursor of the Apostolic See, submitted a report in writing that on the eleventh day of the current [month], after delivering a copy at the Venerable Convent sopra Minerva in Rome, he summoned the Reverend Father Innocent, of the Ruthenian Province, explicitly [...] and the one who obtained that monitorium and inhibition for the Reverend Fathers Priors and the Convent of the Dominican Order and the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary in Lviv, papal co-participants in the dispute, for the purpose of hearing the devolution of the inhibition and monitorium initiated, issued on the day written below under the date of the thirteenth of August 1643, or also demanding this and that regarding the preservation and execution of the order of the Most Illustrious Lord Apostolic Nuncio residing in the Kingdom of Poland, allowing it not to take effect, as he does, considering that the case was entrusted by virtue of an appeal by the brief of Our Most Holy Lord regarding the administration of the goods and the hospital of St. Lazarus in Lviv and in other matters etc., and by decree through [...] for the first day [...] to the Lviv Chapter simply and after submitting the report he deemed it appropriate [...] According to the law he ordered and decreed, as [below?], unless within three [days] together with the intimation etc., which intimation was legally executed and reproduced in the acts of our notary signed below. Therefore, to all and singular of you mentioned above, and to each of you individually, by the power of this letter we intimate, notify, and bring to your knowledge what we hereby wish to ordain and command.
