No. 350. Decree of Archbishop Jan Tarnowski from the year 1654 approving the Rosary Archconfraternity in the village of Zubra near Lviv. The decree was confirmed by: Konstanty of Lipie Lipski, Archbishop of Lviv, in the year 1688; and Jan Skarbek, Archbishop of Lviv, in the year 1724.

Reading notes
Parchment document prepared in the form of a calligraphic diploma with rich illustrative decoration: at the top, in an oval medallion, an image of Our Lady of the Rosary with the Child, surrounded by plant tendrils with rose flowers. The main text is heavily faded and difficult to read in places. In the lower part of the document, later approval entries by the Archbishops of Lviv were added: Konstanty Lipski (1687/1688) and Jan Skarbek (1724). On the verso, a modern note mistakenly identifies the issuer as Archbishop Jan Tarnowski.
