Reading notes
Parchment document in Latin with guild articles in Polish. In the upper left corner, a calligraphic initial M with the royal Korybut coat of arms. Below, an ink/heraldic seal. In the lower part, a large stain/soaking with ink or organic substance is visible, partially hindering the reading of the text in the middle column. No hanging seal preserved (hole/cut at the bottom of the parchment). On the verso, paper reinforcements of the folds and numerous chancellery and engrossment annotations of the Lwów magistrate from 1790.
