Bull of Pope Leo XIII ordering the induction of Feliks Zabłocki into the provostry of Lviv

Leo, Bishop, Servant of the Servants of God, to our beloved sons, Master Aloysius Pilani, Referendary of Our Both Signatures, as well as senior canon of the metropolitan church of Lviv and official of our venerable brother the Archbishop of Lviv, greetings and apostolic blessing. Today, to our beloved son Feliks Zabłocki, provost of the metropolitan church of Lviv, doctor of canon law, our domestic prelate, apostolic protonotary ad instar participantium, we have granted and provided, by apostolic authority, the provostry of the aforementioned metropolitan church, the greatest dignity there after the pontifical one, vacant in a certain manner expressed at that time and previously reserved for apostolic disposition, together with all its rights and appurtenances, as is more fully contained in our letters drawn up in this matter. Therefore, we command your prudence by apostolic letter that you, or two, or one of you, if and when the said letter is presented to you, personally or through another or others, shall induct the aforementioned Feliks – after first receiving from him in our name and in the name of the Roman Church the due oath of fidelity according to the rota, which we send written under our other bull – or his proxy in his name, by our authority into the corporal possession of the said provostry and its above-mentioned rights and appurtenances, and defend him once inducted, having removed any holder therefrom, causing Feliks or the aforementioned proxy in his name to be admitted, as is the custom, to the said provostry and that he be answered in full for all the fruits, rents, revenues, rights, profits, and emoluments of the said provostry. Restraining opponents by our aforementioned authority, notwithstanding any appeal. Without hindrance from any of those matters which we have reserved in the aforementioned letter as not standing in the way. Or if to our venerable brother the Archbishop of Lviv and our beloved sons the chapter of the aforementioned metropolitan church or to any others, jointly or severally, the Apostolic See has granted an indult that they cannot be affected by interdict, suspension, or excommunication by an apostolic letter which does not make full, express, and literal mention of such an indult.
