Reading notes
The unit consists of a preserved parchment cover/binding (according to the catalog card and archival record: 'Пергаментні обкладинки', 17th century) with a double metal (copper/brass) elongated seal case (custodia) suspended on a braided green cord. Inside the case are two wax seals (according to the entry on p. 5: 'дві воскові в мідній кустодії'). There is no actual document text on the parchment (the inner side is lined with damaged paper, the outer side is heavily abraded and soiled, with single faded ink traces).
