My gracious lords, members of the Lviv magistracy.
We have detained your envoys from yesterday until today in order to present our position and its individual points to them. Now we have established them in their entirety, explained our will to the envoys, and handed over to them, in writing, the terms and obligations of conscience for you. We are sending them back safely.
We await a clear response from you regarding the submitted written declaration and its points.
We commend you to the Lord God.

Moi łaskawi panowie magistratowi miasta Lwowa.
Posłańców Waszmościów od dnia wczorajszego do dzisiejszego dla deklaracjej naszej i punktów podania zatrzymaliśmy, a teraz już totaliter postanowiwszy wolę naszą posłańcom Waszmościów opowiedzieliśmy i kondycje, i punkta sumienia na piśmie onym do Waszmościów podawszy, zdrowo nazad odsyłamy. Takowej deklaracjej i punktów na piśmie podanych prostego od Waszmościów oczekiwamy responsu. Przy tym Panu Bogu Waszmościów polecamy.
