[P. 2]
Honorable Sir!
Regarding your inquiry concerning the circumstances of the boundary settlement appearing under no. 14 in the tabular extract of Wybranówka – we provide you with the following explanation: the village of Borysów and the village of Borynicze lie at a distance of more than a mile from the part of the forest sold to the city by Count von Łoś; between this forest sold to the city and the villages of Borysów and Borynicze lies the village of Bryńce Zagórne, which belongs to Wybranówka, as well as a forest belonging to Wybranówka and currently in Wybranówka's possession (: from which the city purchased 1000 fathoms of wood from Count Łoś in 1806 :) with an area of about 900 morgs – called Waniówka. That forest, which is the subject of no. 14 in the tabular extract – is the so-called forest lying near Borysów and located a mile away from the forests sold to the city, called Borusowiec or Zarwa –
[P. 3]
and it is the same one mentioned in § 5 of the settlement concluded between Count von Łoś and the Supreme State Treasury on February 23, 1805 – and regarding which, during the judicial demarcation of October 1, 1805, on the part of the Imperial Fiscus [...] explanation [...], that it is ceded regarding the half of the disputed forest that fell to Count von Łoś for the reason that the forests partially allocated to Count von Łoś are of lower quality than the cameral ones. in Wybranowker Besitze sich befindend (: woraus die
