Reading notes
Letter written on a folded sheet of paper (quire); dense accounting notes, either later or contemporary, are visible on the margins and blank spaces (including around the address). In the inventory, the author was misread as 'Маньенен І.' (or 'I. Mangiand'), while the signature clearly reads: 'J. C. Magnanini'; the inventory identifies him as a courtier of the Zamoyski family. The recipient is Monsieur Dupré.
