The case of Mrs. Starodubowa against Mrs. Kowalska, as I have been informed, is to be settled during your current presidency. I do not doubt that you, being familiar with this matter, will wish to [...]; nor do I doubt that you will judge it according to justice. To this, I add my own request, both for Mrs. Starodubowa herself and for her children, one of whom remains with me. Whatever kindness you may show within the bounds of justice, I shall gratefully consider as an obligation of my own. Therefore, I ask you once again in this matter and, entrusting it to your consideration,

The matter concerns a dispute between Lviv townswomen Starodubowa and Kowalska.
