[P. 2]
Noble Magistrate of His Royal Majesty's City of Lviv!
My Most Gracious Lords and Brothers!

[P. 3]
Your Graces, my most gracious lords, wish to consider and reach an understanding, so that you do not cause further detriment to the city. It would be better – which, out of my goodwill towards this city of Your Graces, I would wish for – to conclude this matter through a private agreement, so that you could get rid of the commissioner placed in the first position in a decent manner. Therefore, without dwelling on thoughts, it is enough to present this to such worthy Your Graces, who, due to your offices, can understand this better. And I, being sincerely well-disposed, invariably desire to [serve] both the community and each one individually [...].
Your Graces', my most gracious lords
and brothers, the lowest
servant
