Translation / modern text
The letter is addressed to the voivode and general of the Ruthenian lands. The surviving numbered pages 4–6 contain a request and references to a matter, but the details cannot be read with confidence. The final dateline gives 28 April 1703; the place of writing is not established. I associate the addresses on pp. 7 and 10 with this letter.

Reading notes
I read the date 28 April 1703 from the dateline on p. 9; I do not assign a place. The leaves marked 4, 5, and 6 (pp. 6, 8, 9) are treated as one letter. Pages 7 and 10 contain addressed/folded sheets; their exact material relationship requires verification. I do not identify the author with people named on the inventory card.
