Jan Kazimierz Siemieński, unable to appear in person for a tax settlement, sends the registers of the 'ćwierć' tax to the Stolnik of Rawa via his deputy. He requests an impartial and fair verification of the accounts and the payment of dues.

Jan Kazimierz Siemieński justifies his absence from the settlement with the tax collector Trzciński and sends the settled registers of six quarters to the Podstoli of Rawa.
