This is a separate letter with a salutation to an Illustrious Sir and Benefactor. Most of the text is difficult to read, so its subject, the addressee’s surname, the author, and the date cannot be established. The archival cover on p. 1 includes a description and attribution to Zamoyski, but it does not prove the letter’s date or authorship.

Reading notes
Page 1 is an archival cover/description. Its notation “6 березня 1693 р.” (6 March 1693) concerns archival registration/chronology, not a date on the letter, and has not been assigned to the document. The cover attributes the letter to Zamoyski, but the signature is illegible. Page 3 is the address side of the same letter, not a separate document.
