Translation / modern text
The sender addresses a colleague and describes a difficult situation, including property matters, dues, and accounts. He asks for help or intercession and refers to earlier efforts. Many details, including names and the date, remain illegible. The closing contains a reference to a castle, but its town cannot be identified.

Reading notes
PDF p. 4 begins with a new Latin salutation to a colleague, so this is a separate letter from the text on pp. 2–3. The letter is in Polish. The date in the closing line is blurred/uncertain; no numerical date has been assigned. The word “Zamku” (“Castle”) is visible near the end, but no place-name can be read. The signature probably includes the given name Paweł, but the surname cannot be read with confidence.
