A partially legible letter in Polish to an unidentified dignitary whose address side identifies him as the Grand Crown Hetman. The notation “20 Xbris 1701” is not accepted as a certain date for the letter.

[Zapis daty w prawym górnym rogu s. 2:] 20 Xbris 1701; niepewne, czy jest datowaniem listu, czy późniejszym zapisem kancelaryjnym.

Page 2 contains a letter in Polish, and p. 3 is its address/reverse side; it is not treated as a separate writing. The address identifies a high-ranking dignitary and includes the title “Grand Crown Hetman”, but the personal name is uncertain. The notation “20 Xbris 1701” appears in the upper-right corner of p. 2; as its function and date of entry are uncertain, the letter remains undated. The start date recorded on the inventory card was not accepted as an independent source for dating.
