The sender addresses the magistrate regarding an old promise to transfer a village (the name is illegible). He asks for help in obtaining it and declares that he will abide by the contract terms. Further details of the request are poorly legible. Dated at Zamość, 15 February 1754.

[Polski tekst, odczyt częściowy:] Jakoż zdawna czynię expostulacyą y requisicyą do WMM Panów abym mógł uznać [? spełnienie] tego z laty [...] względem przyrzeczenia mi Wioski [nazwa nieczytelna], jedynie dla wygody [...] upraszam, aby mi WMM Panowie [...] do otrzymania skutecznego tey Wioski; upewniam zaś WMM Panów, że według kontraktu mnie opisanego nienaruszenie obchodzić się będę [...] [dalszy tekst częściowo nieczytelny].

Date and place are read on p. 6. The village name is illegible; the request is described only as fulfillment of an earlier promise concerning a village, as supported by the visible text. Page 7 is a blank reverse, not continuation text.
