The date notation gives 22 February 1698; the place name is uncertain. The signature on p. 13 reads Stanisław Druszkiewicz, and p. 14 carries the external address to the voivode.

Pages 10–13 contain the letter text; p. 14 is an address leaf, not a continuation of the letter. The date and year are read from the date notation on p. 10. The place name is transcribed uncertainly as “Złodna”; the signature is legible as Stanisław Druszkiewicz. The inventory card is on PDF p. 1 and is not included in the letter-text page range.
