Translation / modern text
The sender writes to a Most Illustrious Benefactor. He mentions his whereabouts, the post, and Lwów; the rest is too illegible to establish the subject safely. The date notation “8bris 1697” does not give a legible day, so the exact date remains unknown.

Reading notes
The date notation on p. 2 allows only an uncertain place name, “8bris”, and the year 1697 to be read; the day is illegible. The signature on p. 3 may read “Krzysztof Hlebicki”, but this is uncertain. PDF p. 1 is an inventory card, not a letter: it gives signature 132/1/495, a beginning in 1697, an end in 1698, and 8 sheets; its Ukrainian description of the correspondence is partly illegible.
