A letter to the Ruthenian palatine, whom the wrapper calls a “dearest uncle”. A fragment mentions an obligation but does not establish the subject. Date and place: Warsaw, 20 March 1697.

Reading notes
The letter on p. 5 opens “Monseigneur” and is dated “a Varsovie le 20 Mars 1697”. Page 6 is its sealed address wrapper: “A Son Excellence Monsieur le Palatin de Russie, mon très cher Oncle, à Leopol”. The letter text mentions a duty or obligation, but does not allow the matter to be reconstructed with confidence.
