A partially legible letter to the Ruthenian Voivode about matters requiring a decision. It contains Latin legal or procedural terms and a request for favorable consideration; details remain uncertain. Dated at Zamość on 24 February 1703.

[Tekst s. 9–10:] Widoczne odniesienia do spraw adresata i procedury; pojawiają się łacińskie terminy oraz prośba o przychylne rozpatrzenie sprawy. Większość szczegółów jest nieczytelna.

Page 9 begins a separate letter, and p. 10 contains its continuation, date, and signature. Pages 11–12 are folded address leaves/reverses, not letter text. The date was read from the end of the letter.
