A partially legible letter asking for goodwill and support, with a reference to a recommendation and the Lord of Kraków. The subject of the request cannot be reconstructed securely. Dated at Zamość on 24 February 1703.

[Tekst s. 5–6:] Czytelne fragmenty: „Sam myślę do tego allicit affekt [...]”; „przez rekomendacyą [...] Pana Krakowskiego”. Autor prosi o poparcie/życzliwość, lecz przedmiot sprawy i część wywodu są niepewne.
[Datownik s. 6:] „w Zamościu d. 24 February A. 1703” [data i miejsce czytelne].

The new form of address on p. 5 begins a separate letter. Page 6 contains the continuation, date, and signature. Pages 7–8 are a folded reverse/address leaf, probably associated with the dispatch.
