Translation / modern text
The sender asks the addressee for help with a court case. He writes about a judgment or decree, the further course of the proceedings, and necessary documents; he also mentions people involved in the case. Because the handwriting is difficult, the details and all the names cannot be confidently reconstructed. The letter ends with the date 20 May 1620. The signature includes the given name Paweł, while the surname remains uncertain.

Reading notes
All six scans were examined. PDF pp. 2–3 form one letter (folios numbered 1–2); the closing date appears to be 20 May 1620. I read the signature as Paweł Bro..., but the surname cannot be identified with confidence. The text is in Polish, with many abbreviations and difficult-to-read words. PDF pp. 4–5 contain a different letter, beginning with a new salutation.
