Reading notes
The letter begins with the Latin salutation; its long Polish text contains references to a deadline and a commission/commissioner. Page 3 is the folded address-bearing verso with a seal trace. The archival cover on p. 1 does not date the letter. Sender and recipient remain unidentified.
