[P. 7]
Magnanimous Gracious Lord Starosta,
My Greatly Gracious Lord and Brother.

I shall not fail to do what is necessary within my jurisdiction, while upholding the rights of this city. I am initially with this act [...].

Your Grace's, My Gracious Lord's, kindly well-wishing brother and humble servant,
A. S. Załuski, Bishop of Płock, Grand Chancellor of the Crown
I greatly request a memorial and assure you that by this you will earn merit with [...] His Royal Majesty, when you [restore] this peace to this city and, having curbed the troublemakers right from the start, Your Grace will establish peace forever.
His Grace the Lord Starosta of Lwów.
