Translation / modern text
Most distinguished and dear brother. Having no reliable news, I worry about you. After staying in Warsaw I await a reply; no message has arrived by post or special messenger. I also mention health and what may be done later. Connections between some sentences are illegible.

Reading notes
Pages 47–49 form a letter; p. 50 is its address leaf and indicates delivery to Leopold/Lviv. The palatine's territorial designation on p. 50 is unclear, so no specific voivodeship is assigned. There is no certain date. The attribution to Anna Katarzyna Leszczyńska-Jabłonowska and Jan Jabłonowski comes from the collection inventory, not a certain signature on this letter.
