Translation / modern text
The sender acknowledges receiving the recipient’s letter after returning from Königsberg and refers to a matter requiring further action. The second page mentions the recipient and official matters, but the details cannot all be confidently read. The dateline on p. 13 gives Elbląg, 11 February 1703; this differs from the earlier inventory entry “3 February”.

Reading notes
The dateline on PDF p. 13 reads “z Elblągu 11 Febr. 1703”, giving 11 February 1703. P. 14 is treated as a continuation: the text carries on without a new dateline, and the inventory groups pp. 13–14. The date comes from the letter scan, not the archival card. This corrects the working inventory date 1703-02-03.
