The judge and deputy judge of the Kraków land court certify the decree of King Sigismund I resolving a dispute between customs officers and merchants regarding routes for driving cattle and transporting goods from Ruthenia, Podolia, Volhynia, and Moldavia. According to the judgment, cattle and goods from Ruthenia, Podolia, and Moldavia must be directed through Lwów, Gródek, and Przemyśl to Sandomierz, while those from Volhynia through Lublin and Radom, under penalty of confiscation.

The Sub-chamberlain of Lwów, Wojciech Starzechowski, certifies the raising of boundary mounds and the legal establishment of borders between the estates of the Lwów Chapter (Żydatycze), Michał Chomątowski (Dublany), and Zofia Hynkowa (Sroki). For any violation of the established boundaries, the parties set a penalty (wadium) of one hundred marks.

The Castellan of Przemyśl and Starosta of Lwów, Mikołaj Odnowski, certifies a donation made by the sub-vice-voivode Stanisław, who, in the event of his death, transferred his house, farmstead with a garden, and the rights to a lawsuit against the Jewish minter Szloma to his cousin Maciej Hydek. The document defines the terms of perpetual ownership and establishes a bail under legal penalty.

King Sigismund I the Old, at the request of the authorities of the city of Lwów, confirms earlier acts of delimitation from 1462 and 1485 between Lwów lands and the hereditary village of Zimna Woda. The document grants perpetual legal force to the established boundary line and the order of silence imposed on former claimants.

The writer addresses a “Noble Benefactor” and presents a complaint concerning a shoemakers’ guild master and actions taken on the writer’s land. The following text appeals to the magistracy’s justice, proceedings, and applicable penalties; parts of the argument are illegible. The inventory card attributes the letter to Wacław Kruszycki, a canon, but the signature itself cannot be read. The date, 14 July 1769, is written in the letter; the dateline gives no place.

A letter copy whose heading indicates Krosno and the date 10 March 1743. Surviving fragments concern the town and its magistrate; the text is partly damaged or illegible.

Hospodar Vasile Lupu assures János Kemény and George II Rákóczi of his constant friendship, explaining previous grievances regarding the mistreatment of the Moldavian envoy at the funeral of Sigismund Rákóczi. He also reports on awaiting an intelligence report regarding the movements of the Budjak Horde and expresses concerns about burdensome military contributions.

Grand Duke Švitrigaila responds to letters from the Grand Master and Teutonic dignitaries, discussing coordinated strikes by the Order's, Podolian, and Tatar forces against Polish and Lithuanian lands. He assures Paul von Rusdorf of his loyalty to the alliance and declares mutual military assistance in the fight against their common enemy.
