A partially legible letter to the voivode, with references to a bishopric and official matters. Its full substance cannot be safely reconstructed. The date gives Lublin, 12 April 1696. Whether p. 4 belongs to this letter needs further verification.

Page 3 ends with a date and signature, while p. 4 bears internal folio 2 and text without a new salutation. The p. 2–4 boundary remains provisional; p. 5 is a separate address leaf of uncertain relation.
